US domestic shipping

Thank you for shopping with Romero"Oz Care. We are committed to providing reliable, timely shipping for all your orders. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we process and ship our products.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require a reshipping fee.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or you experience any shipping issues, please contact us within 7 days at Romeroozcare134@gmail.com so we can assist you.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Romero"Oz Care is not liable for any products lost or stolen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at Romeroozcare137@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require a reshipping fee.

If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (shipping charges apply).

International shipping

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.


Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
